WHolistic Nutritional Therapy combines the latest scientific research in biochemistry and nutrition with naturopathic principles, centuries-old, non-toxic natural therapies. It is more than ’healthy eating’ or impersonal ‘nutritional advice’. It supports the human body's natural ability to heal itself by supplying the tools - the nutrients - for repair and renewal.



In general terms nutritional therapy supports the health of body organs and systems; in particular digestion, immune function, detoxification and cellular energy generation or vitality.

I aim to offer - to individuals of all ages who consult me - my time, patience, expertise and understanding in supporting them through workable programs of nutrition.
