Where and how
Elmbridge Nutritional Therapy is based in Molesey in Surrey about a mile from Hampton Court Bridge. Within easy reach of Esher, Walton on Thames, Weybridge, Shepperton, Staines, Hampton Wick, Teddington, Thames Ditton, Hinchley Wood and Hersham and via A3 and M25. Home visit appointments are also available in the Surrey, Kingston and Richmond areas. For clients based further away such as Oxford, East London and Sussex - after the first appointment - follow up consultations can be conducted by phone or Skype with occasional face to face sessions.
What is nutritional therapy about?
Science meeets tradition Wholistically practised Nutritional Therapy combines the latest scientific research in biochemistry and nutrition with traditional wisdom about nourishing foods and their preparation.
Personal and powerful
It is more than ’healthy eating’ or impersonal ‘nutritional advice’. It supports the human body's natural ability to keep itself healthy by supplying the tools - the nutrients - for repair and renewal.
Addressing roots causes
I believe that the nutritional therapy which I practice is a well developed, and research based discipline, which focuses on the underlying causes of symptoms of ill health. I aim to offer individuals of all ages, my time, patience, expertise and understanding in supporting the healthy function of body and mind through workable programs of nutrition.
Helping you succeed
I am passionate about helping every one of my clients eat better - tastier, wholesome, health supporting foods - whatever their level of food preparation ability and within the resources available to them.
